TESTING CAPABILITIES
Acme Testing Co. currently has three OATS (Open Area Test Sites), one
Anechoic Chamber and one Shielded Enclosure. OATS are ideal for Emissions
Testing and Radio Approval, MIL, BELLCORE, DO-160D. The Anechoic Chamber and
Shielded Enclosure are ideal for Immunity Testing.
Specific Testing Capabilities of each facility are as
follows:
OATS Site #1 (Acme, WA)
"Small Dome"
This
25' diameter Geodesic Dome is capable of 3, 10, and 30 meter Emissions
Testing. "30 Meter" Testing Capability is unique in that it is not generally
available at other EMC Labs. This site is filed with the FCC, Industry
Canada; accredited by A2LA and VCCI, recognized by Taiwan BSMI and
Australia/New Zealand. Please click on

OATS Site #2 (Acme, WA)
"Big Dome"
Our 75' diameter weather-protected Geodesic Dome
houses an OATS capable of
both 3 and 10 meter Emission Testing.
This site is filed with the FCC, Industry Canada; is accredited by A2LA and VCCI,
and is recognized by Taiwan BSMI and Australia/New Zealand. Please click on

Site #4 (Spokane, WA)
Located in

BUSINESS ASPECTS
Scheduling
Testing is generally required to be booked in 4 or 8 hour blocks.
Our office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday. Clients need to
arrive at Acme Testing Co. on time in order to finish the tests as planned.
Though we try our best to keep our scheduling flexible, it is always better
for you to call in and check our lab availability one~two weeks prior
to your readiness for Testing. We sometimes offer second shift from
5:00pm to midnight to assist our clients, if it is really urgent.

Hourly Rate
Our hourly rate for Emission & Immunity Testing is US$200 per hour.
For Radio Approval, the hourly rate is US$225 per hour. Mitigation
service is also available at hourly rate of US$200 per hour. Consulting
Service for general guidance about EMC Design & Regulations is US$120 per
hour.
